Kiology is the study of Ki (Energy). Ki is the essence of body, mind and spirit wellness. With harmonious and balance energy, health is ensured. Imbalance and disturbed energy will result in physical, mental or spiritual health problems. Regular daily practices in Energy cultivation and Ki management will lead to a healthy and happy life. Ching-Tse Lee, Ph.D.
